Confirmed reservations can be canceled or Rescheduled by writing an email to info@wildvalley.in.

On Cancellation of any reservation at any point in time, a minimum charge of 3% on the total package amount is applicable, towards the payment gateway/transaction charge, irrespective of the date of reservation & the date of cancellation.

Apart from transaction charges, below are the applicable cancellation charges

If the cancellations are made 15 days before the check-in date, 30% of the total package amount will be considered a cancellation charge.

If the cancellations are made 7 Days to 14 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total package amount will be considered a cancellation charge.

If the cancellations are made 2 days to 6 days before the check-in date, 75% of the package amount will be considered as a cancellation charge & rescheduling will not be offered.

If the cancellations are made 48 hours before the check-in date, 100% of the package amount will be considered a cancellation charge & rescheduling will not be offered.

In case of a No-Show, there will not be any refund or rescheduling.

If reservations are made for any Special Events Like “The new Year Event”, or “Christmas”, or for any festivals, etc., cancellations & rescheduling are not allowed.

In case there are any applicable refunds against cancellations, the refunds will be made to the same payment mode which was used for making the reservations.

Applicable refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 working days.

Guests below 18 years are not allowed without a parent or legal guardian.

Alcohol is not allowed to be carried as part of the Day out package at all our Properties.

For the convenience of our customers, we have introduced a Free Re-Scheduling policy which is subject to slot availability.

Any reservation can be rescheduled but only once.

Free rescheduling is available if the same has been requested before 7 days of the check-in date only.

Re-scheduled check-in date must be within 60 days from the current check-in date.

At the time of the re-scheduling request, customers have to settle 100% of the package amount.

Re-scheduling is allowed only once for any reservation.

Re-scheduled reservations can not be canceled or further rescheduled.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts, tribunals, fora, applicable authorities at Karnataka/Bengaluru.
