The resort exceeded expectations in every aspect. The staff’s attention to service was outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile. We had great time staying there. The staff was good, prompt to respond to any queries. We were travelling with our 2 dogs and most of the staff there made it really welcoming for them too. Food was also good with lot of variety. We booked for a camp stay which included food, it was a buffet and they had good menu. They had a lot of activities and pool area which were all accessible and included in our booking itself. Only the online booking site from which we booked could be improved because we had some queries before booking, which were never clarified from their side (it’s a third party booking site I believe). But the stay there was great, we will definitely plan to go there a second time, maybe we’ll book directly from there site.

The staff deserves special appreciation for their warm hospitality, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The chef personally coming to us with a smile and asking if we needed anything was truly amazing and added a personal touch. The rooms were very neat and clean, adding to the comfort of the stay. The food was outstanding, with flavors that were truly next level. The adventure activities were absolutely thrilling and unforgettable. I highly recommend visiting and exploring this incredible destination!
